From the moment you arrive, dogs use their own entrance and waiting zone — kept separate from cats so there are no stressful eye-to-eye encounters in the lobby. Our consult rooms are sized for big breeds, our floors are non-slip, and our team is trained in low-stress handling for everything from a routine vaccination to a complex orthopaedic case.
