How online booking works
Pick a time that suits you from our live booking system. You’ll get a confirmation email and a reminder the day before. Need to reschedule? You can do it from the same link — no phone calls, no waiting on hold.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of consult. We accept all major cards, EFTPOS, Apple Pay and Google Pay. For larger procedures, we offer payment plans through VetPay and ZipPay for approved clients.
Frequently asked questions
We primarily see dogs, cats and small domestic pets like rabbits, guinea pigs and birds. We do not see large animals, livestock, or exotic reptiles. If you’re unsure, give us a call and we’ll point you in the right direction.
